On April 28, 2009, the ME&I  installation of new plant invested by Borouge Plastics China Co., Ltd., which undertaken by us,  located in  Shanghai Fengxian Economic and Technological Development Zone. After nearly 7 months of works,  is  completed with right  schedule, and with high quality and EHS,  successfully hand over the  owners.
